‘Sankalp Saptaah’, a week-long initiative for aspirational blocks, will be launched by PM Modi today at Bharat Mandapam 2023

Sankalp Saptaah is intimately allied with the national Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP), claims an official news release.

At Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will introduce a week-long program named “Sankalp Saptaah” for the nation’s aspirational blocks.

“I’ll be participating in today’s #SankalpSaptah program at 10 AM. This initiative will significantly improve the standard of living for those who reside in aspirational blocks, PM Modi wrote on X.

Aspirational

The week-long program, which is described in an official press release, is closely related to the national Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP), which Modi introduced in January of this year.

The “Sankalp Saptah” program, which is being implemented in 500 aspirational blocks throughout 329 districts in the nation, seeks to better block-level government by enhancing citizen quality of life.

Chintan Studies were carried out at the village and block levels throughout the country to help with the effective execution of the ABP and to create strong block development strategies. The result of these careful considerations, which will be seen in each of the 500 aspirational blocks, is “Sankalp Saptaah.”

Every day of “Sankalp Saptaah” from October 3 through October 9 is devoted to a unique development topic, on which all aspirational blocks will focus. ‘Sampoorna Swasthya’, ‘Suposhit Pariwaar’, ‘Swachhta’, ‘Krishi’, ‘Shiksha’, and ‘Samridhi Diwas’ are a few of the themes for the first six days, according to the statement.
